1. Services Provided
RAPIDO TEX offers:
Digital services (website design, branding, graphic design, marketing)
Print and textile services (DTF, embroidery, labels, stickers)
Sale of blank apparel and custom products
Custom file-based services (mockups, logos, templates)
2. Pricing & Quotes
- All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
- Prices may vary depending on the complexity, quantity, materials, and required deadlines.
3. Payments
Important Payment Terms:
- Orders must be paid in full before production or delivery unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash on delivery (where applicable), or mobile payment platforms.
- RAPIDO TEX reserves the right to request advance payment for custom orders.
4. Order Process
To complete your order, you must provide:
- Valid contact information
- Design files in accepted formats (.AI, .SVG, .PDF, .PNG with transparency, etc.)
- All necessary details (sizes, colors, printing type, etc.)
Note: Failure to provide complete information may delay your order.
5. File Quality & Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of files submitted.
- Additional fees may apply for correcting or vectorizing low-resolution files.
- RAPIDO TEX is not liable for printing errors caused by poor file quality provided by the client.
6. Design Revisions
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included (for most design services).
- Extra revisions may be charged depending on the time and work required.
7. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
- Apparel: 25 pieces minimum (varies by item)
- Stickers / Labels: 50 units
- DTF Gang Sheets: No MOQ, priced per meter
- Custom embroidery: MOQ based on item and design complexity
8. Turnaround & Delivery
- Estimated delivery time is based on the service ordered and quantity.
- Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
- Delays due to third-party couriers or client-side delays (late file submission, approval delays) are not RAPIDO TEX's responsibility.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not guaranteed for custom or personalized products.
- If a cancellation is made before production starts, a partial refund may be issued.
- No refunds once printing or production has started.
10. Intellectual Property
- All custom designs created by RAPIDO TEX remain our property until full payment is received.
- Clients must have the rights to any materials they submit (logos, images, fonts, etc.).
- RAPIDO TEX is not liable for copyright issues stemming from client-provided content.
11. Limitation of Liability
- RAPIDO TEX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the service or product purchased.
12. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data without consent.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will be settled in the relevant Moroccan jurisdiction.
