Return Conditions

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange.

  • Product in its original condition
  • Unused or unapplied
  • Original invoice provided
  • Original packaging kept

Note: Personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a proven defect.

Exclusions

Some products are not eligible for returns:

  • Personalized DTF transfers
  • Opened packaging (hygiene)
  • Custom orders
  • Mishandled products

We will send you a return form with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and all detailed instructions.

Carefully pack your product in its original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice and the completed RMA form.

Ship Your Return

Send your package to the address indicated on the RMA form. We recommend a tracked service for added security.

Final Processing

Once received, we inspect your return and proceed with the refund or exchange according to your initial request.
